She made a very valid point when she remarked that taking a compromising photo, or any photo of a person without their consent is entrapment, which is illegal; and then using that photo to exact financial benefit (i.e., blackmail) is also illegal.
Kat and Bianca did both tonight - taking a compromising photo of Lister without his permission and against his will and using that as a means of blackmail to get their stall back (financial benefit).
A fitting ending would have been for Lister to have left and gone quietly to the police station with a complaint. Bianca is still on licence, and her skanky ginger ass would have been back in jail and Katshit would have been charged with a crime.
But the writing room at Elstree is populated by morons and lazy people.
