Please Pay Attention

This is for the benefit of Ronnie-Shipper Zack06, who's obviously not left school and ilovenicnacs, who doesn't value anyone who isn't blood-related to a child who takes on that child and raises them.

Here's how the ownership of R and R pans out:-

Phil owns 41% share of the club.
Janine owns 40% share of the club.
Sharon owns 19% share of the club.

Ronnie owns jack shit. She doesn't even own Jack, although she'd like to think she could.

Originally, Ronnie and Jack owned the club with Roxy having a small stake. Ronnie sold her share of the club to Jack in 2009 in order to stand Sam's bail. Sometime between 2009 and 2010, Roxy acquired a 40% share of the club. In 2010, Jack sold his share (60%) to Phil. Subsequently, Roxy sold her share to Janine.

So, until earlier this year, the owners of the club were Phil (60%) and Janine (40%). Phil gave Sharon 19% share of the club, from his share - the most he could give away/sell without Janine becoming major shareholder. Ronnie owns nothing. In fact, I seriously doubt that, owing to the actual seriousness of her crime, she could get licenced in a managerial capacity to serve beverages.

All she's doing at the moment is looking out for Phil's interests. That doesn't give her any right to refer to the club as her club (it's not) anymore than it gives her right to refer to Jack as her husband (he's not). No, it's not her fault that Jack jilted Sharon, but think about this: Jack was willing to go ahead with marrying Sharon until Ronnie found out he was engaged, and then - and only then - did she want to see him. She refused to see him at all previously when she was in prison and even divorced him. This is same old same old psychopath Ronnie playing control games.

In fact, at the moment, if anyone should be throwing their weight around in the club, it should be Janine, and she should be making Miss PlasticFace scrub floors the way she probably had to do when she was doing porridge.
